"To
me, Yoga is a three dimensional journey. There is attention to the body,
a witnessing of the mind, and inspiration to connect to the Divine Higher
Power which is one with us all. The underlying premise is the ultimate
unfolding of our own truth, and with that, ultimately peace.
"The body is the housing of the soul. As we consciously move, strengthen
and stretch our bodies, we're honoring that which is encased within. Practicing
Yoga with conscious intention, is communicating with our soul, our Higher
Self.
"Physically strengthening our bodies, we invite that which is needed
to empower our Self. Stretching our muscles releases physical congestion
and adhesions; on a cellular, unconscious level, we are releasing old
patters of behavior that no longer serve us. As we let go, our light brightens,
our energy radiates, we attract positive people, circumstances, and all
that we need and desire." -sheri cohen
